An interactive session on why and how communication (internal/external) contributes to your revenue stream. Establishing a ‘voice’ and a compelling reason that your organization is different, is one of the biggest challenges, until you have a way to simplify your internal and external voice to convey one key idea. We will work through examples of how this messaging can impact your business and your bottom line.
