Opened offices across North America and Europe, hired and trained sales and service staffs, created and led client advisory boards and client retention programs, developed, managed and emcee’d client conferences and spoken at events from local to world-wide audiences.

Tim Pabich is the Founder and CEO of Magnitech, a Naperville Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) that offers and successfully implements full-service business IT services to small and medium sized businesses.

A well-respected thinker in the IT space, Tim has provided interviews and speaking engagements to businesses looking to develop awareness and a more aggressive strategy in cybersecurity and disaster recovery.

Magnitech evolved from Tim’s growing frustration with the IT industry, and he vowed to separate his practice from the rest by offering Everything-as-a-Service, exceptional support, and world-class technology solutions to move business forward.

Tim graduated from DePaul University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a networking concentration.

Tim resides in Naperville with his wife, Jenny, and three children, Ava (2010), Tim Jr. "TJ" (2013) and Carly (2016). In his spare time, Tim likes to spend time with family, take family vacations, attend sporting events, golf, and coach youth soccer and baseball.

Tim gives time and expertise to several local Not-For-Profits in the community, and currently sits on the Board of Advisors for Ajax F.C. Naperville, a Naperville-based, youth travel soccer club.
