The Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce’s (NACC) Annual Not-For-Profit (NFP) Breakfast invites both NFP and for-profit organizations to come together for a panel discussion on one of the most important affiliations a not-for-profit organization can have - the one with donors.  

Local NFP’s and their donors will share stories of how their relationship has evolved and ways to continue to foster meaningful partnerships for the future. Attendees will glean insights to use in the months ahead at their organizations as we round out 2023 and conclude end-of-year giving.

Tim Pabich is the Founder and CEO of Magnitech, a Naperville Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) that offers and successfully implements full-service business IT services to small and medium-sized businesses. Magnitech evolved from Tim’s growing frustration with the IT industry, and he vowed to separate his practice from the rest, which has resulted in over 100% growth every year since 2010. In 2022, Tim was named Executive of the Year by Channel Futures and in 2023 was named a Channel Influencer. Tim gives time and expertise to several local Not-For-Profits in the community and currently sits on the Board of Advisors for Ajax F.C. Naperville, a Naperville-based, youth travel soccer club.
