CityGate Hospitality LLC today announced the CityGate Centre café, known since its 2008 opening as Lavazza Naperville, has a new name: Arista Coffee & Café.

Located in the storefront building at 2155 CityGate Ln., next to Hotel Arista, the name change is part of a broad initiative at CityGate Hospitality to infuse the quality of its offerings with their branding.

While still proudly and exclusively serving high-quality Lavazza coffee—along with breakfast, lunch and locally sourced gelato—in its newly remodeled, Italian-influenced atmosphere, the café joins the Arista family of brands without change to its owners, management or dedicated staff.

“We’re excited to continue our exclusive partnership with Lavazza and are equally excited to align with our Arista family of brands, dedicated to providing the best to its guests,” said CityGate Hospitality VP of Operations Brandon Sheldon. “The change is seamless for guests; they still will get the same great coffee, service and environment they’ve come to love while highlighting the essence of Arista.”

Arista is the Greek word for excellence and the café is in great company with other members of the Naperville-rooted brand family: Hotel Arista is the only Forbes Recommended and AAA Four Diamond Illinois hotel outside of Chicago, and Arista Spa & Salon is the state’s only Forbes Four Star spa outside of Chicago. The spa is located directly above the café on the second floor of the storefront building.

Along with its new name the café website has a new URL—AristaCoffeeCafe.com—where guests will continue to find menus, photos and online ordering. Browser bookmarks to the prior URL also will get them there.

In addition to the Arista-branded amenities, CityGate Hospitality LLC manages Che Figata, Zorba Lounge & Cocktail Bar, Tap In Pub, CityGate Grille and Olympus Executive Fitness Center, each located at CityGate Centre, the live, work, play community along Rte. 59 between I-88 and Ferry Rd. in Naperville.
