What started as a one-person digital marketing consultancy in April 2006, has grown into something Paul Feith never could have fully anticipated: a Naperville-based agency that has spent two decades putting purpose before profit — and proving those two things aren't mutually exclusive.

Paul Gregory Media (PGM) was founded with a simple but powerful premise: that nonprofits and mission-driven organizations deserve world-class marketing support. Over the past 20 years, PGM has helped hundreds of purpose-driven clients amplify their voices, grow their reach, and deepen their community impact — through social media management, website development and SEO, branding, and digital advertising.

But PGM's story isn't just about the clients it serves. It's about the kind of company it chose to become.

Since 2020, PGM committed to donating a minimum of 15% of its time and expertise each year through pro-bono and in-kind services to organizations tackling the issues that matter most — homelessness, mental health, affordable housing, services for people with special needs, and advocacy for seniors. PGM also launched its first round of digital marketing grants specifically designed to help local nonprofits navigate an unprecedented communications challenge. That program continued for three years.

In 2022, PGM formalized its financial giving by committing 1% of gross revenue annually to local 501(c)(3) organizations — a practice it continues today.

Perhaps the most defining chapter in PGM's journey came when it earned Certified B Corporation status — a rigorous, third-party verification that a company meets the highest standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. PGM is one of only three Certified B Corps in all of DuPage County, and the only certified B Corp marketing agency in the county. Between its first assessment in 2020 and its recertification in 2023, PGM improved its B Impact Score by 13% — a testament to the agency's commitment to continuous improvement, not just good intentions.

PGM has also committed to carbon neutrality, partnering with Aclymate to track and offset its emissions monthly. The agency champions ADA accessibility for every website it touches, hosts free digital marketing webinars for the broader nonprofit community, and supports its own team with benefits that reflect its values: competitive pay, unlimited PTO, no-work Fridays, and paid time off for volunteering.
