About the Role
Neary Martin is a solution-driven brand management firm specializing in custom products, branded apparel, promotional merchandise, corporate stores, fulfillment services, and print/graphic design.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative who can manage multiple client orders simultaneously while providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
This is a role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, project ownership, working directly with clients to deliver custom solutions and never having the same day twice.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate client orders through the entire sales and production process
- Communicate with clients regarding product sourcing, recommendations, pricing, and timelines
- Prepare quotes and manage accurate order entry
- Coordinate with vendors for product sourcing, pricing, and production timelines
- Track orders and ensure on-time deliver
- Manage program inventory, receiving, and stock tracking
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries
- Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Graphic Design teams
- Participate in client meetings via phone, email, Zoom/Teams, and occasionally in person
- Attend occasional vendor or client meetings, events, or trade shows
- Assist with light order fulfillment when needed (lifting up to 50 lbs)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B Inside Sales or Customer Service experience (required
- Experience managing orders, quotes, or client projects
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Preferred Experience
- Promotional products industry experience
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- Familiarity with web-based order systems
