Lotus Women’s Institute is recruiting for a respected wealth management firm that shares our commitment to expanding opportunity in financial services — particularly for women and underrepresented professionals — and to developing advisors through real mentorship, accountability, and support.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Learning how to prospect, network, and build client relationships through proactive outreach

* Meeting with individuals and families to understand their goals and introduce them to the firm’s services

* Partnering with experienced advisors and sitting in on client meetings to learn financial planning in practice

* Taking ownership of daily activity, pipeline management, and results with an entrepreneurial mindset

What It Takes

* A completed four-year college degree (required)

* 2–3 years of professional experience in any field (e.g., retail, education, hospitality, customer service, sales)

* Strong communication skills and confidence meeting new people, both in person and by phone

* Consistency, follow-through, and comfort with accountability

* A genuine interest in building a long-term career and personal client base

* A clear, step-by-step path from Business Development Associate to Financial Advisor

* First-year base salary of $60,000, followed by a competitive, production-based compensation model with uncapped earning potential

Work Location: In person initially, transitioning to a hybrid schedule (Oak Brook area)
