Position Overview
We call our Cashiers and Smoothie Technicians, Team Members! You will be an ambassador of
Pure Green and Pure Green’s core values. You will be an integral part of the guest experience,
through the face-to-face customer interaction and hospitality standards that sets us apart from our juice bar companies. You will report to the General Manager and Store Lead and will be empowered to make your own decisions that create the best experience for our guests.
You will be responsible for crafting thoughtful and personalized experiences for our guests from greeting them, making their smoothies and acai bowls on the line and, ending their experience in an uplifting way at the cashier station.
We encourage our team members to be well-rounded team players, willing to get their hands
dirty and do whatever it takes to keep your store running smoothly! No matter what position you start in with us, you will have the opportunity to be cross-trained and will tasked to take on different positions within our team.
Responsibilities
Service Team Member Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
· Maintain cleanliness of the front line, lobby, bathrooms, patio area, take out lobby trash, bus
and clean tables and chairs. Restock utensils, napkins, and bathrooms
· Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing smoothie and bowl menu to effectively
communicate all ingredients to guests
· Ensure all food on the line meets food safety and quality standards, eliminating
cross-contamination on the front line
· Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling
· Setup, maintain and break down front line area
· Operate POS register to complete customer transactions
· Greet guests, guide the guest journey, resolve guest issues and properly inform guests of our loyalty program
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of online-ordering, pick-up area and ensure all deliveries are executed flawlessly
Requirements/Desired Qualities
· Food, restaurant, team and or customer service experience
· A team player with a positive can-do attitude
· Quick and adaptable learner
· Excellent and collaborative communication skills
· An instinct for delivering personable hospitality and desire to make memorable connections
with guests daily· Accountable in upholding our high standards
