This final session of both the Organizational Leadership section and of the Leadership Institute focuses on understanding the importance of managing the continuous nature of leadership development in a constantly changing business environment. In a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) business environment, it is those leaders who view the nature of change as a continuous process that are able to adapt to the change and remain relevant in their industries and markets. In this session, participants will take away:

• Change Management: How to proactively address change in their organization and evolve their own attitude towards continuous change
• Applied Knowledge is Power: Creating a process where the leader proactively looks for opportunities to apply what they’ve learned
• Leaders Read: Understanding the importance of continuous learning as their world continues to evolve, how are they evolving with it.
