I provide high-conflict divorce and co-parenting coaching for individuals navigating difficult dynamics, particularly when the opposing party is manipulative or high-conflict. I work with clients and collaborate with their legal teams to help reduce escalation, improve communication, and keep cases moving forward.

My focus is on helping clients stay regulated, communicate strategically, and follow through in a way that supports both their personal stability and their legal outcomes. This often results in fewer disruptions, more efficient case progression, and less strain on attorneys, guardians ad litem, and the court process.

I regularly partner with family law professionals who need additional support for clients struggling outside of court. By stabilizing what’s happening behind the scenes, I help create a smoother, more manageable path through the legal process.
