NACC welcomes back the General Membership Luncheon! Kicking off our relaunch of this Members-Only event will be Chief Innovation Officer of Cars.com and Founder of Go Brewing, Joe Chura.

Joe Chura created and sold two businesses to Cars.com for nine figures. Now he is building another start-up in Naperville, Go Brewing.  Joe tells us about the guiding principles he used to grow a business to 800 employees and is using again at Go Brewing. Walk away with actionable items any business can use as he discusses systems, branding, goal setting, using employees as a foundation, how to improve workplace culture as well as how to create positive change professionally and personally.

About Joe Chura:

Joe Chura is a local entrepreneur who went from Ford's Chicago Assembly Plant, studying his college textbooks every 15 seconds between building cars to creating two of the fastest-growing companies in America. Both companies were sold in 2018, marking one of the largest tech transactions of the year. Under Joe's leadership, both companies have since tripled in growth, surpassing $115M in yearly revenue.

He's since expanded his endeavors to include real estate, investing, health and wellness, and creating the Not Almost There Podcast aimed at helping others see their potential. Joe's latest adventure is changing how we think about alcohol by developing one of the first non/low-alcoholic taprooms and manufacturing plants in the country—Go Brewing. He is also a philanthropist sitting on the board of several charities. In his free time, he enjoys spending it with his family and training jiu-jitsu.
