Laticia and Erin cumulatively share over 25 years of experience working with clients in their respective fields as they navigate their emotions in decision-making. Coming out of a year where resilience reigned supreme, learn what individuals often do to self-sabotage their own progress and how to combat those habits.

Laticia (Tish) Thompson is the Founder and Chief Legacy Partner of Legacy Blueprint, LLC. A management consulting firm that teaches people how to play in the sandbox nicely with each other. She is known for driving change in organizations that stick and creating a learning experience that’s fun, thought-provoking and capitalizes on the knowledge in the room. Tish has quite the collection certifications and degrees. • Tish holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Organizational Behavior with two concentrations • She is currently pursuing her PhD in Business Psychology. • If you’re into Crucial Conversations and Crucial Accountability…she can deliver that, too. • She earned the coveted title of best-selling author for her personal story called, “I Am Not My Hair.” Just the title alone makes you curious. • To top it off, she was a featured speaker for TEDxNaperville 2020 Conference What inspires Tish professionally is working with organizations across industries that understand the power of getting things done through people and have an appetite for building the best organizational culture possible to make it happen. She refuels by driving her kids crazy (finally… their turn), working out with people who pushes her to her limits and enjoying a glass of red wine…or two with her small but mighty accountability circle. Tish is a mother of four, a five-time marathon finisher and never has a bad hair day.

Erin Doepel Wikstrom
Doepel Retirement Planning, A Group of Raymond James

Erin has always known that her career would revolve around helping others simplify their lives; she began pursuing a career in the financial services industry in 2008 knowing that it would allow her to do just that. For many years prior, she watched her mother, Ruth Doepel, build lasting relationships and provide skilled investment services that have helped individuals and families accomplish their goals.

In 2008, Erin seized the opportunity to assist Ruth in transferring her valued clients from Wachovia to Raymond James. One year later, Raymond James offered her a position, as one of an elite few candidates, in the Financial Planning Residency Program located at their Headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida. Upon completion of the program, Erin returned to Illinois to join the Doepel Retirement Planning Group as a Financial Advisor. Like Ruth, Erin believes in a comprehensive financial planning approach that is tailored to her clients’ unique personal and financial priorities.

As a self-proclaimed bookworm, Erin dedicated her college education to the intricacies of literature, writing, and public speaking. Once she completed her student teaching at a local high school, she realized that teaching is what she does best, but not necessarily in a classroom. She finds fulfillment in educating individuals, families, and businesses on financial concerns, plans, and goals. However, she still has an urgency to help teens, so she spends her free time volunteering as a mentor to junior high girls.

Erin often incorporates the skills she acquired in the classroom to create a more interactive atmosphere at her speaking engagements. There is no audience too diverse for her educational workshops; whether it’s 14 year-olds learning about Peer Pressure or 70 year-olds learning about Retirement Income Planning, she is able to deliver an engaging presentation to an audience of any age.
