Brett R. Keenan, JD/MBA/CPA, has worked for companies big and small, from Baker & McKenzie and Amoco to start-up and micro-caps (Eliason, FirstForm). He has served as CFO four times (Financial Services, $200MM; 1^st Tier Auto Supplier, $ 25MM; Specialty Construction, $7MM; Import/Export-Manufacturing, start-up) and part-time General Counsel for numerous companies, from IT staffing to IP monetization firms. With closed deals in excess of $ 16BB and value added greater than $ 700MM, he has lived in four different countries and worked on deals across 35 different countries. He is married with five children, four daughters-in-law and almost three grandkids.
