NACC's monthly Lunch with a Leader series highlights one local Leader in a friendly, sit-down atmosphere. Sit side-by-side community leaders and fellow chamber members around a king's table as we learn about the professional and personal journey of our leaders over a plated meal. Registration is required as we are unable to accommodate walk-ins with limited seating.

THIS MONTH'S LEADER

Dr. Adrian Talley
Indian Prairie School District 204
Superintendent

Dr. Adrian Talley is currently in his fifth year as superintendent of Indian Prairie School District 204 the fourth largest Illinois school district.  In his time at IPSD, he has redrawn the boundaries, created the district’s first strategic plan, received voter support of a $420 million dollar referendum, and wrote an equity plan.

Adrian spent most of his career working on the east coast.  He started his career in Fairfax County, VA, worked in both Montgomery County, MD and Prince George’s County, MD school districts.  He worked for the Department of Defense Education Activity serving the children of the military across the world.

Dr. Talley earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia, his Master of Arts degree from Boston College, and his Doctorate degree from George Washington University.
