Business Power Hour Presented by Speakers Bureau | Understanding the Language of Success
Thursday, April 13, 2023 (8:30 AM - 10:00 AM) (CDT)
Description
Effective communication has proven to be the largest issue in business today. And the biggest issue with ineffective communications is unclear expectations and the stress it puts on businesses and their people. It is important for all business leaders to be grounded in what effective communication really looks like to create a culture of sustainable success in their businesses.
Participants will learn from Rick Lochner from RPC Leadership Associates, Inc. and Azizi Marshall with the Center for Creative Arts Therapy, how to:
- Empower your business through the "5 Languages of Appreciation" in the workplace.
- Encourage and inspire your people regardless of generation, communication style, or remote/in-person talent.
This interactive presentation will provide you with effective communications tools you can immediately use to be more successful in your business!
