Ride Assist Naperville (RAN) provides safe, affordable, and dependable transportation for older adults in our community. We are currently seeking passionate and committed individuals to join our Board of Directors and help guide our organization’s continued growth and impact.

• Board members volunteer to serve a two-year term.
• The Board convenes quarterly to offer strategic leadership and governance.
• Virtual meetings are held from 10–11 a.m. on the third Tuesday of January, April, and July.
• An annual in-person meeting takes place on the third Tuesday in October.

Members are expected to:

• Actively participate in at least one committee.
• Contribute to fundraising efforts.
• Assist staff and volunteers with guidance and planning.

Specific Skills we’d love to see include, but not limited to:

• Accounting
• Human Resources
• Legal
• Fundraising
• Non-Profit Management
