Customer Service Representative

Full-time, Direct Hire

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Ability to coordinate clients' custom orders through the sales and production cycles.
  • Client correspondence, product / solution searches, product recommendations and quoting.
  • Answer customer questions, inquiries, and concerns to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Effectively use the Sales order system to collect accurate information and provide exemplary customer service.
  • Order entry, client and vendor follow-up.
  • Vendor correspondence, meetings and quotes.
  • Program management: product ordering, tracking, receiving and stocking.
  • Work closely with all internal departments – Sales, Accounting & Graphic Design.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others (verbally and in writing).
  • Lightweight Order Fulfillment and Lifting.
  • In-person, phone, email and Zoom/Teams meeting interactions with clients and vendors.
  • Attend occasional client and/or vendor meetings, events and tradeshows.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of successful customer service and/or sales experience.
  • Solid team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Plan and prioritize daily tasks and ensure the customer is the top priority.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, problem solve and stay organized.
  • Self-starter, creative, proactive and shows initiative.
  • Takes accountability for results.
  • Ability to multi-task, while keeping the customer the top priority.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word) and, ideally, QuickBooks.
  • Knowledge and efficiency in web-based programs.
  • Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.

  • Willing to work extended hours as needed.
  • Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds.

Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
