Citizens Appreciate Public Safety (CAPS) is pleased to present their next Safety Series event, a look at Naperville public safety's response to mental health. Chief Arres and Eirene Boulougouris from the Naperville Police Department will be sharing invaluable insights on spotting signs and symptoms of mental health challenges. All young adults and parents are encouraged to attend!
