Description
NACC's monthly Lunch with a Leader series highlights one local Leader in a casual, friendly, sit-down atmosphere. Sit side-by-side community leaders and fellow chamber members as we learn about both the professional and personal journey of our leaders over a 3-course lunch. Registration is required as we are unable to accommodate walk-ins with limited seating.

CEO & President
Mike became CEO & President of Loaves & Fishes Community Services in October 2016 after serving as the Interim CEO & President since March 2016. He has been on the Board of Directors of Loaves & Fishes since 2009. Mike was instrumental in both building and raising the money for Loaves & Fishes’ new facility on High Grove Lane in Naperville. He led the strategic planning process for its new strategic plan and orchestrated the merger with Naperville CARES. He has spoken to a number of groups in the community on various topics, including leadership, mergers and team building.
Prior to joining Loaves & Fishes as CEO, Mike had a successful business career for over 30 years in the areas of executive management, strategic planning, capital markets, and commercial real estate investment. He co-founded both privately-held and publicly-traded companies, and for 15 years was the Chief Financial Officer for a $6 billion publicly-traded company headquartered in Chicago. Mike founded his own capital markets and financial advisory business, advising both publicly-traded and private companies in the areas of strategic planning, capital markets, and financial operations. Mike has both a BA and an MBA from Michigan State University. He and his family have lived in Naperville for 23 years.
