Effective leadership is crucial for organizational success, yet many leadership development programs fall short in providing impactful training. This program is designed to nurture leadership skills, knowledge, and attitudes in alignment with the specific roles participants hold within their organizations. By focusing on real-world applications, this approach ensures sustainable growth and measurable success.

Sessions will be held monthly from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, led by esteemed leadership experts Dr. Tish Thompson and Rick Lochner. Through engaging discussions and actionable insights, participants will gain the tools they need to thrive in their leadership roles.
