I possess extensive firsthand experience in motivating individuals and teams to perform at a higher level, resulting in outcomes that were not thought to be possible. I am a high energy leader with a successful career that spans 40+ years. Since retiring as a Senior Level Executive with Navistar, Inc in early 2021, I have formed MAC Business Advisors, LLC where I do work as a strategic advisor, executive leadership coach, and develop and implement customized Leadership Development programs and Sales and Life Skills Development programs.

Previously active in Junior Achievement and Served on Boards of TRALA (Truck Rental and Leasing Association), NAPT Foundation (National Association for Pupil Transportation), founding member of the American School Bus Council; recognized in 2005 as recipient of Industry Achievement Award. Recognized by Chairman and CEO in 2011 for outstanding growth and profitability results for the North American Parts Group.
