Amy Bray, MA is the president and executive coach for Cornerstone Human Capital, LLC.

Amy brings over 20 years' experience across various areas of HR including change management, learning and development, business development and performance management to her coaching practice.

She received her Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2003 which provides her with the skills and framework necessary to help leaders navigate challenges, harness their strengths, and elevate their leadership impact. 

Amy is a certified executive coach and career coach through the Center for Executive Coaching. She is actively earning her Board Certified Coach (BCC) accreditation.
