Brian M. Dougherty is a partner in the litigation group at Goldstine, Skrodzki, Russian, Nemec and Hoff, Ltd. in Burr Ridge. His practice area primarily includes representing employers and employees in employment disputes arising under state and federal law as well as business torts and general business-related litigation. He counsels businesses on best practices under labor and employment law and contract law. He is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association. Brian was the recipient of the DuPage County Bar Association’s Board of Directors Award in 2019 for his work as Editor-in-Chief.
