- 4:30-4:45-Dignatiaries and guests arrive. Introductions to the representative of the City and the NACC will be made.
- Promptly-4:45 Actual ribbon cutting takes place:
- City Representative will make remarks
- NACC Representative will make remarks
- Business Leader will make remarks
- 5:00-5:30 -time for mingling, enjoying refreshments, and tours
