NACC's monthly Lunch with a Leader series highlights one local Leader in a friendly, sit-down atmosphere. Sit side-by-side community leaders and fellow chamber members around a king's table as we learn about the professional and personal journey of our leaders over a plated meal. Registration is required as we are unable to accommodate walk-ins with limited seating.

Grant Cowen
Naperville Bank & Trust
Market President

Grant Cowen is the market president of Naperville Bank & Trust. He joined the bank in 2022 and most recently served as senior vice president and relationship manager.

Grant brings more than four decades of banking experience to the role, starting with his early roots as a bank examiner, which quickly turned into a career in commercial lending. Before joining Naperville Bank & Trust, Grant spent 24 years at West Suburban Bank in various commercial banking roles.

He volunteers for many community organizations, including on the Board of Naperville Elderly Housing, the Board of the Naperville Riverwalk 2031 Fund, the Board of the Naperville Cemetery Association, and as a member of the Naperville Riverwalk Commission.

Grant received his bachelor’s degree in agricultural business with a minor in accounting from Illinois State University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, biking, tennis, and golfing.
