Leadership Naperville! Transforming talented business professionals into engaged community leaders! 

Here is your opportunity to learn from Naperville's influencers and public officials. Hear Naperville's history, engage in face-to-face conversations with prominent community business leaders, explore Economic Development in your community, meet members of your local government, and learn how to be a voice in your community. 

Participation in this program serves to develop participants' knowledge and skills, to work together, have a meaningful impact, and find common ground so we can address our community's challenges and opportunities. Additionally, participants will learn: 

  • An awareness of your community and how to get involved 
  • Education on the issues, opportunities, strengths, and needs in your community
  • Tools to become an emerging leader to guide your community into the future 
  • Skills to help motivate civic engagement of community members 

The program runs weekly, October 12th through November 16th (8 - 9:30 a.m.)

10/12  |  Session 1:  Community Health
