Pamela Bartlett is the Owner/Director of Fun at Pinot's Palette in Naperville. She serves as the owner, marketer, and operator of the paint-and-sip franchise, utilizing her networking, business management, people, and leadership skills. Bartlett's franchise has received a number of awards, including Naperville Magazine's Best of Naperville, Glancer Magazine's Reader's Choice Award for Customer Service, and several Pinot's Palette's Golden Brush Awards for top sales. Pinot's Palette prides itself on giving back to the community by hosting and donating to fundraisers. Prior to owning Pinot's Palette, Bartlett spent more than 25 years working in a business environment with experience in marketing, sales, database management, and social event management.

Her passion for business development and understanding of the intersection of the private sector's ability to stimulate company growth inspired her to become an entrepreneur. Isabel keenly understands the inner workings of business relationships, which increase company profitability, and raises brand awareness and consumer satisfaction.

Anita Knotts is a highly accomplished senior executive with nearly 30 years of expertise in sales, marketing, and business development in the competitive wealth management market. After spending the first part of her career as a successful investment advisor followed by years of leadership, Anita is now embarking on the next phase of her career as an entrepreneur.
In early 2021, Anita launched her new business Lotus Women’s Institute LLC. The mission of the organization is to attract, develop and advance women and people of color in financial services. She believes strongly that firms who implement initiatives to hire diverse teams - specifically for frontline roles - will have a competitive edge in the future.
In 2019 she was recognized by Investment News as a “See It, Be It Role Model” for diversity and inclusion as part of their annual Diversity & Inclusions Awards program. Her recognition was well-deserved, as her passion to educate, encourage and empower women to take a larger role in their financial lives drove the launch of the successful Women & Wealth initiative during her time in Corporate America. Anita also formed the Women’s Initiative Network (WIN); a forum for women to regularly meet and openly discuss topics pertaining to professional development and personal work/life balance. She is a frequent contributor and presenter on the topics of women and wealth and also led the Chicago Western Suburbs Chapter of Ellevate, a global professional women’s network with a mission to close the gender-based achievement gap in business by providing women with a community to learn from and lean on.
Anita received her B.S. in Economics from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. with a Distinction in Finance from DePaul University. She also holds Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. Anita is Chairperson for the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Committee; Executive Board member for The Alive Center; and a mentor for the non-profit organization Invest In Girls.
Ashley Shi is the proud owner of Office Evolution Naperville and Office Evolution Lisle, two vibrant coworking spaces in DuPage County. Ashley loves developing the community and the people there. She spends a lot of time mentoring and facet new relationships to help local business owners and professionals to bring their business to the next level. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, the Young Professional Network Committee liaison, past board liaison of Women in Business. Ashley is also a classical music instructor, and she has been the recital chairperson of the Naperville Music Teacher Association for over a decade. Ashley lives in Naperville with her husband and three children.
