Dr. Clarke, the CEO of ENDEAVOR, PLLC provides psycho-educational evaluations, consultative support, and professional development for schools, families, and communities. At ENDEAVOR, PLLC we specialize in the assessment of school-aged students, including English Language Learners, as well as consultative support for education-related needs. I am a small business owner (with less than 5 employees) and I am also at the beginning stages of starting a not-for-profit. Over the last couple of school years, I have supported several districts with school-based evaluations (due to school psychologist shortages), parochial evaluations, bilingual (spanish) evaluations, as well as provided counseling minutes coverage for a social worker. While I am new to owning my own business, I am not new to the field and I have over a decade of experience supporting students, families, and communities! In addition to conducting evaluations, I am also available to provide professional development and/or consultative services tailored to the needs of the community. To further elaborate, my dissertation was on the implementation of the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) standards in Illinois schools. I have traveled the state working with schools implementing SEL, presented at National conferences on the topic, and I am passionate about implementing SEL in the classroom. All of this experience is relevant to the current trends communities and schools are struggling to address (i.e., mental health, trauma, dysregulated students and practical management strategies for students, etc.). Additionally, some of my other presentation topics include, but are not limited to, the following: English Language Learners, ADHD and the Adolescent Brain, Multi-Tiered System of Supports, and Section 504, etc.
