David Scriven-Young

Peckar & Abramson, P.C.
2024 CSR Chair

I am a lawyer at Peckar & Abramson, P.C., a Chambers & Partners USA recognized firm, where I litigate business, construction, and environmental disputes.  I typically help businesses that have been sued or damaged in some way. I also represent companies that are being targeted by government agencies for enforcement or that need to navigate a regulatory scheme. My clients appreciate that I start by asking them what their specific goal is for litigation. Then, I collaborate with them and construct solutions to their specific problem that align with their goals. My solutions are creative and fit within my clients’ budgets.  Before joining the firm, I was a lawyer at Jenner & Block and McDermott Will & Emery.

I am also a podcaster, social media guru, blogger, speaker, mentor, and politician.  As the host of the Litigation Radio podcast, I interview the country’s top litigators and judges to discover best practices in developing careers, winning cases, getting more clients, and building a sustainable practice. With almost 20 years of experience, I am passionate about sharing historically-correct knowledge and resources in an inspiring and entertaining format to help others meet and exceed goals and standards in every area of their lives.

I can be contacted by phone at (312) 881-6309 (office) or (305) 495-9782 (cell phone) or by email at dscriven-young@pecklaw.com.
