Join us for our annual Inside Naperville Series where talented business professionals are transformed into engaged community leaders. Participation in this 5-week series serves to develop participants' knowledge and skills to work together, have a meaningful impact, and find common ground to address community challenges and opportunities. For each session, attendees will meet at various locations all throughout their local Naperville community to immerse themselves with various topics.

Engage in face-to-face conversations with prominent community business leaders

• Learn from Naperville's influencers & public officials and meet members of local government 
• Awareness of the Naperville community and how to get involved
• Education on the issues, opportunities, strengths, and needs of the community
• Skills to help motivate civic engagement of community members
• Explore economic development in our community 
• Tools to become an emerging leader that will guide the community into the future
