Mustang Construction, Inc. is a locally based and family owned and operated company located at 1805 High Grove Lane, Naperville, Illinois. Since 1976, Mustang Construction, Inc. has engaged in commercial park development, commercial design build and consulting services, electrical contract work, commercial property management, and tenant build out services. We have completed many commercial and industrial facilities in the Northern Illinois area. As profiled on our website at www.mustangconstruction.com, we have completed over 40 owner occupied and multi tenant properties to include primarily commercial along with eight single-family homes. Many projects are in coordination with affiliated construction entities supplying the precast panels, excavation, and concrete services. MCI has completed high profile projects such as The Foundry Restaurant, North Central College Football Stadium, Baseball Stadium, and the Residential Dormitory and Recreation Facility. Many owners of these developed properties request our continued property management services of their facilities. At the present time, Mustang Construction manages over 1.5 million square feet of industrial, office and warehouse space in four industrial parks in the Western suburbs of Chicago.
