• 4:30-4:45-Dignatiaries and guests arrive. Introductions to the representative of the City and the NACC will be made.

o City Representative will make remarks
o NACC Representative will make remarks
o Business Leader will make remarks
• 5:00-5:30 -time for mingling, enjoying refreshments, and tours
