NACC's monthly Lunch with a Leader series highlights one local Leader in a friendly, sit-down atmosphere. Sit side-by-side community leaders and fellow chamber members around a king's table as we learn about the professional and personal journey of our leaders over a plated meal. Registration is required as we are unable to accommodate walk-ins with limited seating.

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Travis George is responsible for all financial functions for Molex, along with digital & technology, and real estate. His global finance team serves as business partners for each area of the business, helping to enable strategic objectives and drive re-investable returns. Travis and his team support value-realization from profitable growth, transformation, and optimization by leveraging knowledge processes and continually adapting systems and processes as needed to support business decisions across the enterprise. Travis began his career with Ernst & Young before moving into a series of various financial management roles, including positions with Papa John’s International, Sypris Solutions, and Ventas. He joined Molex in 2005 as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, working from the Lisle, Illinois headquarters. After five years, he transitioned into division-based financial leadership roles which brought him to Japan and Singapore and helped him to develop international operations experience. In 2016, he returned to the United States to begin his current role. Travis graduated from University of Louisville with a BS in Accounting and an MBA. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois. He enjoys supporting the local community in leadership roles at the Naperville Education Foundation and Japan American Society of Chicago.
