Leaders make hundreds of decisions a day, many that have direct impacts on the relationships around them. In a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) business environment, a leader’s problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking processes are put to the test on a daily basis. 

In this session, participants will take away:

  • The six-step problem solving process used to resolve most any issue
  • The importance of decision-making, especially in situation where there may not be a solid positive impact of the decision
  • What critical thinking really means to a leader and how to apply it to their leadership decisions and relationships
