Description

Trust is such a crucial element to building lasting relationships, yet is often talked around or not at all as a leaders build and maintain their key relationships. The level of trust followers have in their leaders is built on a foundation of the leaders skills, both hard and soft skills to the point that followers can comfortably rely on their leaders to do what they say they will do. In this session, participants will takeaway:

• Know and apply the key elements and actions that build trust in a relationship
• Understanding of how effective communications impacts the development of a trusting relationship
• Understand the true meaning of integrity and its impact on the strength of leader relationships
