Jason Nagel is a Senior Vice President and Team Lead of the Business Banking Group at Naperville Bank & Trust, a Wintrust Community Bank. With three offices located throughout Naperville, his team of professionals serves the banking needs of small to mid-size businesses. 


Jason currently serves on the Naperville Chamber’s Board of Directors. Jason has been a proud member of the Naperville Jaycees since 2003 where he has served on various board positions including the Executive Director of the 2008 Last Fling.  He is a member of The Rotary Club of Naperville and is a Board Trustee at Marmion Academy in Aurora. He is a past chair of the Little Friends’ Bids for Kids Benefit Auction. In addition, he serves on the board for Metropolitan Family Services

Jim Calvo is a graduate of Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois with a B.S. in Finance. He graduated with honors from Northern Illinois University School of Law. Mr. Calvo was admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois in 1990 as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and he is a member of the Federal Trial Bar. He started his career working as a sole practitioner on LaSalle Street in Chicago, Illinois from 1990 through 1998 where he developed extensive trial experience as well as experience working in the area of commercial real estate.


In the year 2000 he formed Brownstone Development Company, LLC and began a successful real estate development company completing over $75,000,000 of commercial real estate development projects. In 2016 he formed Ellsworth Partners, LLC a commercial real estate investment firm. He is a licensed Illinois real estate broker.



Kelly Disser

Kelly Disser is an Executive Vice President with the Industrial Services Group of NAI Hiffman. Kelly represents private companies, owners, financial institutions, investors and developers in the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of industrial real estate assets, investments and land throughout the greater Chicagoland markets. His objective is to always make/save his clients’ money while establishing a long-term relationship. Kelly’s unique experiences and drive to succeed enable him to achieve his clients’ goals.

Kelly began his real estate career in 2002 with Duke Realty Corporation. While working for Duke, he was responsible for financial and operational management of a 22 million square foot portfolio. After working for Duke, Kelly worked for Tabani Group, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. His responsibility was to grow the company’s existing real estate portfolio through investments and new development. In 2015, Kelly became a shareholder at NAI Hiffman. Kelly has been a top producer for the past 8+ years and has developed a team that delivers unmatched market intelligence which results in market making results for his clients.

Matthew has been in the commercial real estate brokerage industry since 2007 and specializes in facilitating judicial sales and utilizing real estate auctions to accomplish accelerated dispositions.  Matthew holds a Certified Illinois Assessing Officer designation and is currently the Naperville Township Assessor responsible for administering fair and equitable assessments of a $15 Billion tax base across 36,000 parcels.
