Brett Skeen is a nonprofit executive with more than 23 years’ experience in fundraising and development. He resides in Naperville and currently serves as the Executive Director of Edward Foundation. Skeen got his start in nonprofit work as a consultant directing capital and endowment campaigns with goals ranging from $1 million to $100 million. His experience spans successful fundraising initiatives for multiple nonprofit sectors including: healthcare, secondary education, religious denominations, professional associations, civic advocacy and higher education. Skeen’s work encompasses nonprofit management, appeals, events, campaigns, board development, strategic planning and marketing. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children, Liam and Mackenzie, playing golf, watching soccer and listening to music.
