We started providing IT support in 2010 with the idea that small and mid-sized businesses needed a virtual IT department that is affordable, responsible, and reliable. What you’ll do

  • Provide best in class service to our existing client base by identifying problems and forming solutions
  • Answer reactive service tickets
  • Service clients onsite and virtually
  • Work on projects

Technical Strengths

  • The ability to prioritize and determine severity of end-user issues
  • An understanding of Microsoft and Apple operating systems, including mobile (iOS, Android)
  • The ability to identify parts inside of a computer and build computers
  • A basic understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Domains, WiFi, MS Office, Network Printing, tablets, laptops, and desktops

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPN
  • Experience with Dell computers
  • Experience with ConnectWise Manage, Automate, and control applications (formerly ConnectWise, LabTech, and ScreenConnect)
  • Experience with cloud-based applications (Dropbox, Office 365, Google Apps,etc)
