Online Store / Fulfillment Program Lead

As the Online Store Program Lead, you will take ownership of the online store programs to ensure all production, fulfillment and drop ship projects are assembled correctly and shipped on time.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Program Inventory Control & Management.
  • Receive, inspect, count, and inventory products.
  • Website Maintenance and New Product Upload.
  • Product Ordering, Replenishment and Reporting.
  • Lightweight Order Fulfillment and Lifting.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others (verbally and in writing).
  • Proven effective interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and, ideally, Quickbooks.
  • Use of 3rd Party Programs including UPS, FedEx & Others.
  • Work Closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Art Departments.
  • Vendor & Client Correspondence – Email & Phone.
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants involved.
  • Implement initiatives for continuous improvement regarding production workflow, scheduling,   and productivity.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as needed.

Hours / Week:

  • Estimated at 30-40 hours per week. (Newly Created Position)


  • Self-Starter, Creative, Enjoys Fast-Paced, Casual Environment.
  • Organized and Can Plan Ahead.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word).
  • Knowledge and Proficiency in Customer Service, QuickBooks & Web-Based Programs is Helpful.
  • Solid Team Player.
  • Able to Multi-Task and Work Independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven past project management experience and skillset.
  • Previous inventory or shipping experience desirable.


  • Hourly pay based on experience.
