We started providing IT support in 2010 with the idea that small and mid-sized businesses needed a virtual IT department that is affordable, responsible, and reliable. Compensation: Salary + Commission

What you’ll do

  • Hunt for new clients and generate new business for the company, in the form of monthly reoccurring revenue (MRR), including professional project services, hardware, and software
  • Act as the single-point-of-contact during the sales process through onboarding
  • Work with the Marketing team to drive new leads in the company
  • Write and submit proposals, create new tickets, and work with the technical team to develop solutions
  • Learn how to sell technical solutions (this is a non-technical support role)
