Commercial Account Manager


In your role as Commercial Account Manager, you'll oversee a book of business aligned with your expertise and industry understanding. Presidio provides the technology, tools, and support to our Commercial Account Managers to offer exceptional service to our clients. Presidio provides 3-4 weeks of training to prepare you for success. Our Account Managers focus on client relations, opportunities to assess client needs continuingly to identify the right coverage for all aspects of their business. The position is not a commission sales position. We emphasize building long-lasting relationships with our clients and growing organically through portfolio diversification, referrals, and industry reputation.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay

Job Description : Some of the responsibilities for the Account Manager include:

· Working closely with clients to understand their coverage needs and ensuring they are adequately covered, through coverage summaries/comparisons, preparing quotations and proposals, and making educated recommendations

· Maintain all aspects of each assigned client account, including applications, proposals, billing, follow-up, client correspondence, and detailed notes for all transactions.

· Collect renewal data and order renewals according to agency procedures.

· Review, analyze, and submit applications to insurance companies

Requirements:
· Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.

· Illinois Property & Casualty license preferred.

· Minimum 2 years of agency experience.

· Epic or similar agency management software experience preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
