In addition\, he worked for 19 years as an Assistant State's Attorney in the Cook County State's Attorney's Office both as a criminal prosecutor and later as Chief of the Special Litigation Division in the Civil Bureau. Curran is now in private practice at a law firm in Oak Brook.Curran holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he played four years of varsity football.
