We are particularly dedicated to colon cancer screening and prevention. Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer among men and women in the United States and is the second highest cause of cancer deaths. These cancers can be prevented by removal of adenomatous polyps, the precursor of colon cancer. Our group regularly tracks and monitors colonoscopy quality indicators in an effort to enhance our performance.
