Overview: Are you on a team that is having difficulty getting results and working well together? Are you leading a dynamic team and you want to be deliberate about sustaining high performance? Or are you leading a team that is having challenges being cohesive and effective and you’re becoming frustrated? If the answer to either question is yes, then join us to learn key strategies to build and sustain teams that people want to be a part of, are eager to contribute their best selves and are owners on the team not renters. During our time together you will learn how to identify the common dysfunctions of team, learn techniques to address them and explore ways to make it all stick.

Speaker: Laticia (Tish) Thompson, Founder and Chief Legacy Partner of Legacy Blueprint, LLC.  

Tish has a charismatic, engaging facilitation style and is often described as passionate,

electrifying, infectious and possesses a great sense of humor. She is known for

creating a learning experience that’s fun, thought-provoking and capitalizes on the

knowledge in the room.

Tish holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Organization Behavior with

concentrations in Human Resources and Organization Development. She is currently

pursuing her PhD in Business Psychology. She is certified to administer a variety of

assessment tools including Myers Briggs and StrengthsFinder. She is also certified to

teach Vital Smarts Crucial Conversations, Influencer, and Crucial Accountability. Tish

has over 14 years of experience in supporting non-profit, higher education and

healthcare organizations and appreciates working with organizations across industries

that understand the power of getting things done through people and have an appetite

for building the best culture to make it happen.

Tish understands that organizations invest a significant amount of time and resources

to build their business. She enjoys partnering with organizations to ensure they have

the tools necessary to thrive and maintain a competitive advantage. This is achieved

through a number of “blueprint” solutions including staff and leadership development,

large and small group facilitation, curriculum design, change management, team

dynamics assessment, executive coaching and strategy cultivation and execution.

Tish is a mother of four, a five-time marathon finisher and has a calling to help people in

our communities to experience inside out, transformational change in their lives.

As you consider Chamber Membership, you are welcome to attend up to three (3) Chamber events, at the Non-Member rate, prior to joining. After attending three (3) events, we welcome your continued participation upon becoming a Member.

If you register for an event and are unable to attend, a 24 hour notice is required or you will be invoiced. Note: If you have registered and are unable to attend, you may transfer to a fellow employee without penalty.

The Speakers Bureau consists of professional speakers who cover a wide variety of topics such as business development, communications skills, health and wellness, sales and marketing and more. The speakers share their experiences to help Chamber members and the community in general grow, develop, and improve both personally and professionally.
