Adam Johnson, Partner at NAI Hiffman

Adam Johnson is an Executive Vice President in the Office Services & Capital Markets Group and a shareholder at NAI Hiffman. Adam specializes in small to mid-cap office investment sales, assisting owners, users, and banks, purchase or sell office and flex/industrial space throughout the Chicago suburbs. Adam joined NAI Hiffman in 2008 focused on leasing and sales of suburban office product. His unique background in leasing helps him bring a unique perspective to underwriting, trends, space utilization and how it effects the value of an asset. He has been involved in over 450 Transactions totaling over 3.5 Million square feet in his career

Steve Caton, Partner & Owner at Caton Commercial

Steve Caton joined Caton Commercial Real Estate in 2003 after graduating from Purdue University. Steve entered the business with a focus on retail and industrial leasing, evolving from there to sales of income producing assets, adding developer services shortly thereafter. Following the financial crisis of 2008, Steve shifted to the disposition of REO assets for local, regional, and national banks, as well as distressed sales for private owners. He has advised or represented properties for multiple banks including Wells Fargo, MB Financial, The Private Bank, First Community Bank of Joliet, First Merit Bank, Helios, Marquette Bank, Princeton National, and Inland Bank.

Steve’s primary areas of expertise are commercial investment sales, commercial leasing and sales, land acquisition, equity raises, deal structures, and developer representation.

Joe Nitti, Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Naperville Bank & Trust

Joe Nitti is a Senior Vice President-Team Lead in the Commercial Real Estate Division for Wheaton Bank & Trust, N.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Wintrust Financial Cooperation. Wheaton Bank & Trust charter includes Naperville Banke & Trust, Glen Ellyn Bank & Trust and Boilingbrook Bank & Trust. Prior to joining Wintrust in 2015, Joe spent 13 years at Fifth Third Bank as Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Division.

Joe’s team develops and manages commercial real estate banking relationships with developers, investors and owners both locally and across the U.S. The team focuses on providing construction, acquisition and term loans for multi-family, industrial, office, medical office and retail properties.
