Your individual journey to leadership is unique.  Every emerging leader encounters obstacles, but for women, there are many common factors holding them back. In this Business Power Hour, we’ll discuss the internal and external forces at play and how women can start closing the gender gap for themselves while also moving the needle for all women.

I’ll propose strategies that all women can employ to pave their path to leadership: 

• Own your leadership
• Set clear goals
• Accumulate strategic experience
• Find a coach or mentor
• Negotiate

This BPH is not just for women! Male leaders can benefit from understanding these strategies as they mentor and develop talent in emerging female leaders. We all have to work together to move the needle and create more leadership opportunities for women.
