Business Power Hour Presented by Speakers Bureau: Rick Lochner on Inclusive Leadership

Wednesday, December 9, 2020 (11:30 AM - 1:00 PM) (CST)

Description

Please join us as Rick Lochner dives further into the topic of inclusive leadership.

"Diversity is getting invited to the party. Inclusion is being asked to dance” This quote by Verna Myers sets the stage for how leaders think deeper and different around their current approach to creating an inclusive culture. Participants will explore what creating an inclusive culture really looks like and why it matters. The ideas from this presentation will set the stage for every participant to have more effective discussions to achieve the inclusive culture that matters!
