NACC TEAMs — Grow Your Referrals
The Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce hosts five TEAMs (Together Everyone Achieves More), offering scheduling flexibility with three morning groups and two that meet over lunch. TEAMs are referral-based lead groups that connect non-competing businesses in a trusted setting where Members exchange referrals, share insight, and support one another’s growth.
How TEAMs Work
Each TEAM meets twice a month and has an attendance requirement, as these industry-exclusive groups rely on consistent participation from every Member.
TEAM meetings focus on:
- Passing referrals and business leads
- Delivering and listening to Craft Talks—dedicated presentations that help Members understand your business so they can confidently refer you
- Sharing challenges and solutions
- Strengthening relationships within the group
- Staying informed about Chamber updates and opportunities for engagement
Many TEAMs also schedule after-hours gatherings and volunteer projects, giving Members the chance to build deeper connections while supporting the community.
Who Can Join TEAMs?
Prospective Members are invited to visit any of the five TEAMs up to two times to experience how the groups function. After two visits, those interested in joining will be asked to complete the TEAMs Application.
Eligibility is based on business category. Each TEAM accepts only one representative per category, so applicants may join only if their category is not already represented. TEAM B2B is the only exception, as it accepts Members exclusively focused on business-to-business services.

A TEAM 2nd & 4th Wednesday • 8:30–9:30 am
TEAM B2B 1st & 3rd Thursday • 7:30–9:00 am
TEAM 3 1st & 3rd Wednesday • 11:30 am–1:00 pm
TEAMWORK 2nd & 4th Tuesday • 11:30 am–1:00 pm
TEAM POWER 2nd & 4th Tuesday • 8:00–9:30 am
TEAM Dues
Morning TEAMs Pay $400 Annually, or two $225 bi-annual payments. Afternoon TEAMs Pay $500 Annually, or two $275 bi-annual payments. If applying outside of our December and June renewal months, payment will be prorated.
