In honor of our 10-year anniversary, NACC’s Annual Four Under 40 Achievement Awards is evolving into a one-night-only 40 Under 40 celebration recognizing not just four outstanding young professionals, but forty individuals who have shaped the Naperville area over the past decade.

Join us for an unforgettable evening as we bring together past honorees, community leaders, and rising professionals to celebrate a decade of leadership, innovation, and impact. For the first time ever, we’re aiming to gather all 40 of our past recipients in one room — creating a powerful network of the region’s most influential young leaders.
