Difficult people are part of business—and life. You can avoid them, confront them, fear them, or learn how to contend on equal footing with them. This session is for those ready to choose the most productive option.

Some difficult behaviors are easy to spot, such as aggression. Others, like chronic complaining, indecision, or resistance, can be just as disruptive. All these behaviors work to keep colleagues off balance, slow progress, and drain energy from work at hand.

The key is to recognize recurring patterns and apply practical strategies that restore power balance, reduce or minimize the impact of difficult behavior, and keep business moving forward. The ultimate goal is not to change difficult people—it is to work more effectively despite them.
